How can I pay?
We accept payment from the following credit / debit cards; Visa, Delta, Solo, Master Card, Switch as well as direct from PayPal accounts. All online payments take place on PayPal’s secure server, so security and protection of your credit card details is assured.
If you would prefer, you may also pay by cheque, or over the phone. To pay by cheque simply complete the ordering process in the same way, but select cheque from the payment options. Your plants will be sent out as soon as the cheque has cleared. To pay over the phone using a credit or debit card, please call 07745 175023.
How do you package your plants?
A sheet of thick card board (slightly wider than the width of the pot) is wrapped around the plant from the base of the pot to the top of the cane. The cane supports the cardboard so it can be wrapped around tightly to protect the plant. Masking tape is then used to seal the side edges so that the plant is secure.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to anywhere within the UK mainland (excluding some parts of the Highlands). If you live in other areas of the UK such as, N Ireland, Isle of White, Isle of Man or the Scottish Highlands, delivery may still be possible. Please email us stating the number of plants you would like, before ordering.
If you live within the EU delivery may be possible at a higher rate. You may use the shipping estimator as a rough guide (make sure to select your country from the list) but please email us before ordering to confirm the postage costs.
How much are the delivery charges?

You may also collect your plants from the nursery for free. After you have ordered we will contact you to arrange a suitable time.
How long will it take for you to prepare and dispatch the plants?
Please allow 10 days for the delivery of your plants. The average delivery time is approximatly 7 days. We will email you when the plants are sent.

How can I write plant reviews (and recieve a free plant)??!!
We encourage gardeners to share their growing experiences by writing a short description for a particular variety of clematis. Information could include - why you like it, a description of its flowers, where the plant thrives best, what other plants are complimentary…..or any other relevant information that you would like to include. If you have a good looking plant, why not send us a picture, and we will put it onto the website and acknowledge you as the grower.
In return for your time, we are offering a FREE PLANT with your next order*. To qualify for this you must write 4 or more plant descriptions. After this we will send you a gift voucher code that you may use at any time in the future. This offer is open to everybody who has had experience growing clematis in the past….you don’t have to be an expert. Every body is welcome!
To write a review simply follow these steps.
1. Go to the page on our website for the plant you want to write about.
2. Click on the “reviews” button. Then click “write a review”. You may have to log yourself in if you have not already.
3. enter your review in the box, give it a rating, and hit submit.

*All descriptions written require prior approval before being displayed on the website. If we feel the description will not be informative for future visitors it will not be displayed.
To qualify for a free plant you must write 4 plant descriptions (see links to examples above), that we approve.
The offer of a free plant is valid with an order of a minimum of 2 other plants. You may select any plant listed at £8 or under.
