Terms and Conditions

All Clematis cultivars are offered subject to availability and placing an order implies acceptance of these terms. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

We take every care to supply healthy strong plants, but we cannot accept liability for plants which fail after 10 days from the dispatch date. After this time factors beyond our control may be the cause. Plants that fail before 10 days will be replaced free of charge, or a credit note issued, at our discretion. However the plant must be returned to us with the receipt and name label. Remove most of the soil or compost and place in a plastic bag inside a padded envelope.

REFUNDS
Clematis choice offer a full refund in the event of damage to the plant during shipping. If your plant parcel is delivered damaged, in order to get a free replacement Clematis choice must be notified immediately. If we are not informed within 24 hours maximum this guarantee of free replacement is no longer valid. The vast majority of parcels arrive in good condition, but occasionally there is a problem.

DELIVERY
If the customer provides delivery instructions (i.e. where to leave the plants if there is no one at home at the time of delivery) we will make sure that these instructions are passed on to the courier company. However, we cannot guarantee delivery without a signature. The decision of whether to leave the plants in the specified place is made by the delivery driver, as this person is responsible for the safe deliver of the parcel.

CANCELLATIONS
Clematis Choice offer a full refund on orders that are cancelled before they are dispatched from the nursery. The length of time between order date and dispatch date will vary, but is likely to be between 1 and 5 days. Therefore, it is important to contact us immediately by phone or email if you wish to cancel your order.
